We are excited to announce that admission to any 2023-24 home high school athletic event will be FREE of charge to current Appleton Area School District students grades 9-12 as long as that student is able to show/present their AASD student ID to event staff. A couple of important items to note with this updated practice: 

1. This is only applicable for AASD students grades 9-12 (no AASD elementary school or middle school IDs will be accepted)
2. Current AASD high school students grades 9-12 will only be allowed free admission with their valid ID to home events for their home school. For example, if Appleton West hosts Appleton East for a boys basketball game, Appleton West students grades 9-12 would get in free to this event with their student ID, any students from Appleton East or any other school or district would need to pay the AASD approved $2 student admission fee.
3. WIAA tournament events are excluded. Regardless of home or away, students must pay to attend a WIAA tournament event.   

We are aware that some families and students have already purchased their student activity pass for this upcoming 2023-24 school year. We are currently working on a process to refund these families for their purchase. We will look to have this done as timely as possible.
