Completion of this checklist replaces the building face-to-face registration process.

Online Registration (OLR) - Deadline prior to September 1
Completion of the annual online application updating demographic information, emergency contacts, and medical information. Required for all new and returning families. To be completed by the primary parent using your sign-in credentials for the parent portal. One completion covers all students in the family. Follow this link for all information on registering and enrolling in the Appleton Area School District.

Click the gray button "Enroll or Register for the 20-21 School Year" in the middle of the page to begin. Then click the "New Families" or "Current Families" button.

Sign in as Campus Parent using your Infinite Campus username and password. Note: Cannot be completed using student sign-on credentials. Be sure to read the announcements on the login page.

Fees - Deadline September 1
Yearly school registration fees and lunch fees are paid online from your Infinite Campus account. Please read the announcements on the login page to the Campus portal regarding fee payments.

Free/Reduced Meal Application
This form is available as part of the online registration process (OLR).

Please check the website for when meals are available and where to get them while we are in fully virtual learning.  We encourage you to apply for free/ reduced meals now.  

Yearbook
Order your yearbook directly through Jostens via their online ordering website: www.jostens.com. School name: Appleton West HS.  

Class schedules for 2020-2021
Student schedules will be available on the Infinite Campus portal in the coming weeks. At that point, students are strongly encouraged to access the portal to view their schedule. Some schedules may appear incomplete. If your schedule needs correcting, please contact your counselor. Find your counselor and their contact information here.  

Due to limited resources, our efforts were focused on accuracy of first semester schedules. Second semester schedule conflicts will be addressed beginning late September. You can also use the following number to address first semester scheduling concerns; (920) 832-6219, ext. 7544.
