Dear Advanced Placement Students and Parents:

First of all, congratulations on getting to this point in AP. No doubt this year you have been challenged, you have learned a lot, and have become a stronger learner - Way to go!

Secondly, we wanted to get you ready for the upcoming AP Exams. Below you will find important testing details, please thoroughly review this information:  AASD 2023 AP Exam Schedule & Locations

1. AP Exam Testing Schedule & Locations - Click this link to find out your AP Exam testing schedule and locations - 

• Students/Families will need to provide their own transportation to and from the testing site. No school-base transportation will be provided.
• Please note students will be excused by school from their school day classes for 7:55 am - 12:15 pm, if they are taking an AP Exam at 8:00 am; Students will be excused for 11:00 am - 3:30 pm if they are taking an AP Exam at 12:00 pm.If a student receives testing accommodations (per an IEP or 504 plan), their school's AP Coordinator will contact the student directly with their testing location.
• If a student is "self-studying" and signed up for an AP Exam, that student needs to contact their school's AP Coordinator to arrange for testing details.

2. Test Day Preparation - Students are reminded that they will need to bring with them their school ID, black or blue pen and pencils for the exam. Students are NOT allowed to bring cell phones, smart watches, backpacks, jackets, drinks (including water), food into the testing room. Students should arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled exam.
