AP Test Registration

Appleton West High School students wishing to participate in the Advanced Placement (AP) testing during May 2020 need to be aware of the following:

  • All students who want to take an AP Test(s) must have submitted their AP Test Registration form 
  • After submitting the Google Form, payment must be received by the October 16th in one of 3 ways:
    • Families can pay for the AP Exam(s) via Infinite Campus fee system by 10/16
    • Mail a check to Appleton West that is received by 10/16.
    • Drop off a check to the Business Office by 3pm on 10/16.

A fee of $95.00 is charged for each AP test taken. Checks should be made payable to: Appleton Area School District. Fees are non-refundable unless a request is made by March for a $50 refund.

Students who qualify for free/reduced lunch will have their fees paid by the Appleton Area School District. Proof of this financial need will be the signature of the high school principal on the test registration form. Please note this information on the digital registration form. Students who have their fees waived are required to take the test(s) as the district does not receive a refund for the fees paid. Students who qualify for Free or Reduced Exam fees can only receive this support for exams of AP classes they took within AASD. 

Any student who qualifies for any testing accommodations will need to submit their request for accommodations to the AP College Board before the January 2021 deadline. You will also need to notify your West case manager about your submitted request.
