Engineering Tomorrow’s Careers (ETC) Camp - Sunday, June 11th to Friday, June 16th, 2017

The goals of this camp are to give girls the opportunity to explore various disciplines within engineering (mechanical, biomedical, industrial, civil, nuclear etc.), meet other young women with similar interests, and see what life in college is like. For more information, visit their website.
 
Discover Firefighting: Basic Academy - June 19–22, 2017
Get an introduction in the training, tasks, sills and education needed for today's firefighting workforce. Students are set up into teams throughout the program experience. Teams consist of engine companies, battalions, ladder companies and rescue units. All activities are taught by professional firefighters, and participants will have abundant opportunities to network and connect with fire and Emergency Medical Service (EMS) professionals throughout the experience. Health Careers Summer Camp​ - June 26 - June 30

The Health Careers Summer Camp is a 5 day program that provides an opportunity for high school students to experience first hand the challenges, opportunities and rewards of health professions. World Affairs Seminar "Peace Through Understanding" - June 24 - 30th, 2017

Accelerated Learning Program - June 25th - June 15th, 2017

The Accelerated Learning Program gives gifted high school students the chance to learn and live alongside each other on the beautiful UW-Madison campus. ALP is an intense, three-week summer camp designed to push students to the next academic level while housing them in an intimate learning environment. Students enroll in a single course for an in-depth experience not possible in crowded high school schedules. Students gain insight from instructors who are experts in their fields. Above all, ALP students are carefully selected to cultivate an optimal learning environment where gifted students can interact, learn, and grow with each other. Click for more information.

College Access Program (CAP)- June 25th - July 15th, 2017

The College Access Program (CAP) is a three-week summer enrichment residential program for first-generation college students or students from economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The program is open to 9th and 10th graders who have completed their high school academic year. Students must be completing their freshman or sophomore year in high school when applying (e.g., only rising sophomores and juniors are eligible). Students must have a minimum 2.75 GPA and course work which will prepare them for college. Click for more info.

Summer of Art - Otis College in Los Angeles - July 3 - 28th, 2017
Immerse yourself in a dynamic, creative environment with other students who are passionate about art and design. This summer, build and develop your creative and artistic skills while exploring a specific medium or aspect of art and design. This program is an intensive month long, pre-college program is for individuals 15 and older who wish to study at one of the top art and design colleges in the country. Serious young artists seeking to strengthen and enhance their art and design skills, as well as students with limited art training, are invited to participate. Click for more information.

Wisconsin American Legion Law Enforcement Career Academy - June 19 - 23, 2017
The program will offer physical fitness training coupled with classroom instruction and hands-on training. Topics of instruction include criminal law, constitutional law, patrol procedures, criminal investigation procedures, traffic crash investigation, evidence gathering techniques, arrest techniques, taking fingerprints, testifying in court, public speaking, leadership skills, report writing, interviewing techniques, crisis intervention, use of control and firearms training.

Summer Nurse Camp - June 12-15, 2017
Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. - 3 p.m.

Limited to 20 incoming junior and senior high school student participants The week-long camp is offered exclusively to high school students entering their junior or senior year. Participants are given a variety of hands-on opportunities to explore the nursing and health care professions. Take a step towards exploring careers in health care.
